Vista IT Group Unveils Two New Companies to Better Serve Its Diverse Markets

Today Vista IT Group announces the launch of a new technology distribution company: V3 Distribution. V3 will focus exclusively on supporting companies in the technology supply chain. Specifically, distributors, value added resellers, leasing and finance organizations and third-party maintenance companies. VPE Group was also established as a new holding company to support these two organizations and their unique Go-To-Market strategies.
 

“We’ve experienced tremendous growth across all our business units over the last several years,” says Jeff Stevens, VPE Group CEO. “The timing was right to create separate brands, so they can focus on their individual markets and continue unabated on their growth trajectories.” By establishing a shared services model, all companies in the VPE family will be able to leverage the combined organization’s warehouse, technical, and operations resources.
 

“This announcement has been months in the making, while we patiently waited for V3’s new Processing Center and Vista’s co-lo hosting facility to come on-line,” Stevens said. “V3 Distribution isn’t a new concept. In fact, it is the most mature part of our business. The unique relationships we have including Cisco Excess, Dell Recertified, and HPE Replacement Parts have become more strategic to our customers as supply chain disruptions and semi-conductor shortages continue to impact the technology industry.”
 

V3 Distribution will also focus on asset recovery and consignment services for select customers who have high volumes of equipment and are looking to maximize their recovery rates through V3’s remarketing services.
