Five Years and Counting: A Journey of Growth with Jeralee Huntoon

At  V3 Distribution, we believe our strength lies in the agility and dedication of our team. Today, we are thrilled to celebrate a major milestone: Jeralee Huntoon’s 5th Anniversary!

 

Jeralee’s path over the last half-decade is a true testament to what it means to grow within a company. She has worn many hats during her tenure, starting her journey in the Warehouse, moving into the intricacies of  Order Management, and successfully transitioning into her current role as a  Business Development Representative (BDR) - all while keeping a foot in the door of the Marketing  world.

 

We caught up with Jeralee to reflect on her five years of evolution and excellence.

What is the most significant thing you’ve learned in 5 years?

"I've learned that it takes a tremendous amount of grit to be a BDR. Cold calling is an art form; it’s definitely not as easy as some people might think!"

 

 

What stands out as your biggest professional win?

"Building relationships with new customers and seeing them become repeat customers over the last few years with significant purchase orders has been incredibly rewarding."

 

 

What is your favorite memory at V3?

"Definitely our first Christmas party at the company building. Between the poker run and the raffle, it was an unforgettable night with the team."

 

 

What surprised you most about your current role?

"The power of simplicity. I was surprised to find that being short, simple, and sweet actually goes a long way when you're on the phone."

 

 

What are you looking forward to most this year?

"I’m really excited to dive deeper into the creative side of the business and learn more about marketing!"
