V3 in Nashville! BrokerBin 2024

Last month, V3 traveled to Nashville to attend the BrokerBin conference. Seeing both new and old faces in the industry, we all dove into the latest trends, struggles, and ideas in the marketplace.  

Marketplace Overview

In all our conversations it was clear that Dell was the hottest line across the board, offering plenty of takeout opportunities, and Dell Certified Refurbished leading the server market. Meanwhile, HP is still trying to find its footing as manufacturer price increases continue to challenge the market. Cisco, on the other hand, stirred things up with the elimination of the Cisco Excess program, which had a noticeable impact on the industry. It was a fast-paced two days of 20-minute meetings where we connected with other professionals and explored these shifting market dynamics.  

Exploring Nashville

Outside of the conference, we took some time to explore Nashville’s famous Broadway Street and its vibrant live music scene. It was our first time experiencing the city’s energy, so we couldn’t leave without trying plenty of Nashville hot chicken sandwiches! Shout out Hattie B’s they brought some real heat to the table. Between the meetings and the music, the trip was a great balance of business and fun.
